3D CAD design system
We use an architectural specific 2d and 3d CAD system to help us design your Garden Room as well as using good old fashioned pencil and graph paper. We note where you want the lights, switches and sockets so we can run the electrics. We take a note of your needs and wants and then return with the design and when you’re completely satisfied we sign off and get ready for the build. From concept to completion, we’re with you every step of the way.
10 year guarantee
Your Malbern Garden Room is built using industry leading and approved materials. The timber is of the correct grade for the job it has to do and the Garden Room is built by qualified, certified personnel. That’s why we’re happy to offer a 10 year guarantee on the structure (5 year on glass and ironmongery) subject to any agreed maintenance being completed as scheduled. We build it as an extension to your house, fully insulated and weatherproof.
Environmentally responsible
All our timber bears the FSC stamp (Forest Stewardship Council) which means that the wood comes from well managed forests and we fit eco-friendly LED lights. We aim to leave the smallest carbon footprint that we can.
Full complete service
From concept to completion, we’re with you every step of the way. We install the base and then your Garden Room complete with internal electrics, plasterboard and skim finish with mist coating ready for you to hook up to your main electric supply and finish in your own style.
Awkward garden size specialists
We are specialists in catering to unusual and unique sized gardens, each of our garden rooms is completely bespoke so we are able to work around the most difficult gardens. We machine timbers to fit the non-standard 90 degree angles that awkward shaped gardens throw up.
